Treatments / Skin

Peels and clinical facials, River Heights, Winnipeg

A peel takes off the outer layer of skin with an acid, so newer skin shows. Light peels mean a day of dryness; a medium peel means a week of peeling. Our clinical facials are an hour of cleansing, exfoliation and extractions, with no fragrance and no upselling at the end.

With Mai Nguyen, medical aesthetician; medium peels with Joanne Pruden, RN

Light peel
0 to 3 days of flaking

Tamarack plan sheet · Peels and clinical facials
Which peel should I start with?
Usually a lactic peel, to see how your skin reacts. We move up only if you want more and your skin handles it.
Can I peel in summer?
Light peels, yes, with daily sunscreen. We book medium peels from fall to spring.
Do you sell products at the end?
We’ll write down what your skin needs, often a cleanser and sunscreen you already own. Buying anything here is never part of the treatment.
