Ask for a consult
Tell us what you’re thinking about, even if it’s vague. Corinne replies within one business day, by phone unless you ask for email.
Then: she books your consult with the person who’d treat you, and emails the consult fee and the change policy so there are no surprises.

- What does a consultation cost?
- $50 for injections and filler, credited to your treatment if you go ahead within 30 days. Laser, IPL, microneedling and peel consults are free.
- What if I need to change my appointment?
- Give us 48 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Later than that, or a missed visit, is a $50 fee.
- Who actually does the treatment?
- Joanne Pruden, RN, does every injection and filler treatment. Mai Nguyen does laser, IPL, light peels and facials. You’ll meet them at the consult.
- Is there a doctor involved?
- Dr. Ruth Achterberg, a family physician, is our medical director. Our nurses work under her written medical directives, and she sees anyone whose assessment needs a doctor.
- How much downtime should I plan for?
- Anything from none (wrinkle-relaxing injections, facials) to about a week (a medium peel). Every treatment page lists it, and the planner on the home page works it out against your date.
- Do you offer payment plans or memberships?
- No memberships. Laser and IPL have package prices, written on each page, and you can pay for a package in two instalments.
- Will you tell me if something won’t help?
- Yes. A fair number of consults end with us suggesting a cheaper option, or nothing at all. The consult fee is the same either way.
